Summer Intro To Volleyball Clinic (8s & 10s Program)

Intro to Volleyball Clinic (Coed 8s & 10s Program)
1st – 4th Grade (COED)
Starting JUNE 24th!
Program Details:
An introductory class for BOYS & GIRLS 1st through 4th grade.  The lesson plan introduces the fundamentals - pass, set and spike using a very light volleyball.  This clinic will improve each child’s hand/eye coordination through the use of fun drills and group games.  The net height and court dimensions are modified to promote success while maintaining an emphasis on proper volleyball technique.

Sand Conditioning Clinic Highlights
This is a sand based fitness program, beneficial to anyone who wants an intense, uniquely different workout.  The program is based around movements specific to Beach Volleyball, but will tremendously improve your indoor volleyball game & skills.  Program will include Sideout Drills (two on two specific drills & scrimmages) and Jump/Agility program to increase your quickness and vertical.  Workout consists of stations of activity and rest.  We believe that individual attention is key in the improvement of the athlete, so we keep a low athlete to coach/trainer ratio.

Sand Volleyball Tournaments in SOUTH COUNTY

Concord Sand Volleyball
All-Inclusive Adult Volleyball Tournaments

StratmanSports.com has partnered up with ConcordSandVolleyball.com to host all inclusive sand volleyball tournaments at Concord Lanes (Baptist Church & Tesson Ferry) AND the VFW Hall (Lemay Ferry just off Meramec Bottom)!  We will be working together to bring you the BEST and MOST FUN volleyball tournaments in the South County area!

Saturday All Inclusive Tournaments include food, beer, snacks and a minimum of 8 games of volleyball for only $30/person. The top teams will make the playoffs. Tournament champs will receive T-shirts. Divisions for all of these tournaments will be Coed 6′s in High or Low Recreational & ANY Combo Power 4′s.  Advance registration is required for all of these tournaments!!!

West Park Bowl has two outdoor white sand volleyball courts.  Adjacent to the courts is a spacious outdoor bar and patio with great food and drink specials (click here to view their drink specials)!
