Draw Volleyball Tournaments
Please join us for our Draw Volleyball Tournaments! Please register in advance. This helps us prepare the schedule in a timely manner. Also, space is limited and advanced registration secures your spot!
Draw Tournaments are held at our premier volleyball facilities - Legacy VTC, Chesterfield Sports Complex, and Center St. Louis!
Format
Draw Format:
A team will consist of 2 players (any gender combo). Teams/Pairs will be combined to form a 6s or a 4s team (depending on division) and play against other grouped pairs. You and your partner will play together all night, but the teams you play with and against change every match. Each team is guaranteed to play a minimum of 7-8 sets.
Tournament Cost:
$30/team/pair ($15/player)
Tournament Prizes:
1st Place team in each division wins championship prize (T-shirts, beer mug, etc).

Adult*
Keep in mind ages 16 & up can participate with parent/guardian AND draw director permission.

Payment is made on site at tournament check-in! Please arrive NO LATER than 15 minutes prior to the tournament start time to check-in!
Registration opens for each date approximately 4 weeks out!

Levels of Play Definitions
- Recreation-For new players or just-for-fun teams (teams with limited skills and abilities - no strong hitters or leapers). Jump* serves are prohibited (with downward trajectory*; jump float serves are legal). Some Recreation divisions may be tiered - LOW, MID & HIGH. HIGH Recreation is geared for players/teams who are seeking a little bit more competition.
- Intermediate (Competitive)-Participants that play at this level have a reasonable knowledge of the rules. Most players on the team should be able to pass and set with relative accuracy and should be prepared for hitting and blocking.
- Power-Advanced teams with players who have experience and strong skills. Players at this level have strong fundamentals in all aspects of the game - serving, passing, setting, attacking and blocking.
- Open-The most competitive & advanced teams with experienced and highly skilled players.
The Volleyball Director reserves the right to restrict team placement in specific leagues and/or divisions based upon the effort to produce an enjoyable, balanced competitive atmosphere for each team.
REVERSE Coed Division-This division is only offered at specific tournaments. Refer to the tournament listing table found above.
Blocking: No male player may participate in a block.
Attacking: Male players may attack the ball behind the 10' line only.
