Our WINTER program will meet 1x/week for 5 weeks at Legacy VTC. Each session will be 2 hours and include coach driven instruction, drills covering all the major skills, (passing, setting, attacking, serving, defense and blocking) and chances to apply new techniques in game-like match play. This will be a high energy, fast paced environment!
